About Me

I’m a health coach specializing in postural alignment, corrective movement, and nutritional therapy, helping clients restore balance, function, and long-term resilience in their bodies. Before entering the health space, I spent years as a marketing executive in traditional finance and crypto—an experience that shaped how I approach coaching today.

My background trained me to think in systems, identify root causes, and create structured, sustainable strategies rather than quick fixes. I think it’s safe to say that we need not more incoherent and endless amount of advice from social media, but an accessible approach to rebuild. I bring that same lens into health: understanding the body as an interconnected system where posture, movement, digestion, stress, sleep, and nutrition all influence one another.

Based on the Upper West Side in NYC, I work with individuals who are high-performing, busy, and often depleted—guiding them to move better, reduce pain, regulate stress, and nourish their bodies in a way that supports real life. My work emphasizes restoration over depletion and progress over perfection.

I am certified in CHEK IMS Level 2, ELDOA Level 2, and Nutritional Therapy (NTP).
