Nutritional Therapy

Restore Function. Rebuild Balance.
Nourishment over depletion. Food is not the enemy.

Book a 20-Min Consult

Before we speak, you'll complete the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ)—a comprehensive wellness questionnaire that maps patterns across your digestion, energy, stress response, blood sugar balance, and overall nutritional status.

I'll review your responses and send you a personalized foundation and symptom-burden report before our call, so we arrive with a shared picture of where your body may be out of sync. During the consult, we'll talk through your goals, your concerns, and whether working together is the right fit.

No commitment required. Just clarity on where to start.

How You Progress Truly Matters

Nutritional Therapy focuses on restoring how your body functions—rather than restricting, suppressing, or micromanaging food.
The goal is to rebuild resilience, energy, and metabolic stability so nourishment supports you instead of feeling stressful or confusing.

  • Before we build anything, we need to understand the full picture.

I work with the body as an interconnected system—so we don't isolate a diagnosis or label. Instead, we look for patterns across your foundational health and how they relate to the symptoms you're experiencing.

Using the Nutritional Therapy Association's functional model, your assessment draws on:

    • Your NAQ report and symptom patters
    • A food journal to understand your symptom triggers and eat habits
    • A clinical assessment to identify what to prioritize first

    We assess across six foundations:

    • Blood sugar balance
    • Digestion, nutrient absorption, and toxin elimination
    • Stress response, hormonal signaling, and nervous system load
    • Vitamin and mineral balance, hydration
    • Fatty acid balance
    • Inflammation drivers

This creates a clear picture of why symptoms are showing up—not just what they are.

  • From there, we build a practical, sustainable plan that fits your real life—not a rigid meal plan or a one-size-fits-all protocol.

    Your recommendations will include:

    • Food guidance - nutrient-dense, targeted to your bio-individual needs
    • Lifestyle adjustments - sleep, stress regulation, movement and daily rhythms
    • Supplement supports - introduced thoughtfully when diet alone isn’t enough. I partner with credible brands e.g. Biotics, Mt. Capra.

Changes are introduced gradually and intentionally across digestion, blood sugar stabilization, stress regulation, and sleep—in the order that makes the most sense for your body.

We meet twice a month to review your progress, answer questions, and adjust your plan as your body responds. New habits take time, and consistency matters more than perfection. These check-ins keep us honest, connected, and moving forward together.

  • Once the foundation is stable and digestion is functioning more efficiently from north to south, we can move into deeper refinement.

    This may include:
    • Targeted supplement support
    • Functional lab work (when appropriate)
    • Education and skill-building
    • Ongoing refinement and accountability

Everything evolves as your body adapts—nothing is forced.

Food-first. Root-cause. Personalized.

Nutritional Therapy is a holistic, bio-individual approach to health that looks beyond symptoms to understand why the body is out of balance.

Rather than chasing quick fixes, we restore foundational systems—blood sugar regulation, digestion, mineral balance, fatty acid balance, and stress resilience—so the body can do what it’s designed to do: repheal and adapt.
